Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Family Reunion team at the Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI) office in writing either via e-mail, fax, or regular mail.
Cancellations will be refunded based on a date-specific sliding scale as follows:
* Full-week, regular registrations and payment plan pre-registrations from Family Reunion 2009 are NONREFUNDABLE.
* One-day Passes are NONREFUNDABLE.
* Social Passes are NONREFUNDABLE.
* Full-week, regular registrations and payment plans cancelled before November 2, 2009, are
refundable, less a $75 cancellation fee.
* Full-week, regular registrations and payment plans cancelled beginning November 3, 2009, are refundable, less a $175 cancellation fee.
* Full-week, regular registrations and payment plans cancelled beginning January 15, 2010, are NOT REFUNDABLE.
* Registrants who do not attend, "No-shows,"will not receive a refund.
* Registrations cannot be carried over or transferred to a future event.
